With all of the snow we had earlier this week, everything looks fresh and new. The trees are heavily covered with snow and it really is a Winter Wonderland.
Soooo.......
I thought it would be a good time to show my Winter Wonderland quilt
since it is pretty much still winter here. I think I made this quilt in 2005 or 2006.

The pattern was designed for Redwork, but I had to do it in blue naturally! |
In the white areas, I quilted in some snowflakes using iridescent thread. |
You can find the pattern here: Crabapple Hill Studio
Love that little quilt! Very smart thinking on the quilting coloring!! I really like it in the blue better than the red--so Wintry. Have a great weekend...hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteI like it done in blue. I have the pattern but have not done one thing towards stitching on it.
ReplyDeleteA girl after my own heart. I love the blue.
