Even though things are very busy on Moose Bay, I managed to complete a few more of my wool hexagons from the next group of fifteen:
Snowdrops This is the first time I've used the bouillon stitch on any of the hexies--hard to see, it is used for the green "drops". |
The Pear |
The Peach |
Ladybug |
Dragonfly |
Bee Skep |
Nine more to go in this group! If I finish my Christmas cards today, I will be doing a little stitching on these today! |
Linking up to Kathy's Quilts for Slow Sunday Stitching
they are all so lovely I don't know which is my favorite--but that Bee Skep is really lovely...when they are all together it will be spectacular..hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteLove the bee hive! So neat. Christmas cards... shoot that was on my list today. Better go get them done!
ReplyDeleteI picked out the bee hive too as a favorite and then I saw the sunflower. They are all adorable, guess that is why it's so hard to pic a favorite!
ReplyDeleteEach group continues to be cuter than the last
ReplyDeleteI am in love with these hexies!!! I just found your blog today and am so amazed! I want to do these soooo bad :o) All of them!
ReplyDeleteThe beehive is precious. I cannot wait to see all these blocks together!
ReplyDeleteLove this project, it really is going to be nice. Those sure are small bullions! Did you use just one strand? They are a nice finishing touch. :D
ReplyDeleteThe bee skep is my favorite in this group.
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely. You have some gorgeous wools.
ReplyDeleteEach one is more beautiful than the ones before... so sweet!
