Summer Sewing?

It's been very busy on Moosebay lately and therefore, not enough time to do much sewing.

My Mom's house sold so quickly that we have been having to scramble to get everything out before the closing on the 26th--yikes! Thankfully, between a garage sale we kind of threw together and Craig's List, I think we are going to make it.
No time to sew, but I have some yummy fabrics waiting for me when I do have the time!
I had pre-ordered this bundle of Minick and Simpson Lexington way back in April--it just arrived in the mail.

My favorite print in the bundle--I'm going to be on the look out for yardage of these.

Saturday I had a road trip to Hutchinson for a luncheon with my Aunt and cousins--super fun!
And the bonus: quilt shops!
I picked up these three backgrounds at Gruber's.

And a couple more backgrounds along with some blues at Quilt Haven in Hutchinson.

I also picked up this creepy fabric--not sure what I'll do with it, but I thought it was fun!

  2. LOVE the Minnick and Simpson...I just got a bundle of theirs in reds, blues, and creams (will blend with their original "Prairie Paisley" from eons ago...). Very interesting backgrounds...I always love fabrics with letters and printing on them...
