I have one more finish before the year ends in a few hours!
A Blackbird Gathering---this was a free Block of the Month on the Quilts by Cheri--Friendship Group Facebook page. This was also on my fourth quarter Finish-A-Long list HERE |
I had lots of fun quilting it with some freehand primitive shapes. |
It feels so good to have some projects finished completely! Now I have some time to get back to the 365 Challenge blocks--right after I finish appliqueing some details for a link up on January 2nd--see you then! Have a sip of bubbly for me--I'll be sleeping--lol! Happy New Year! |
Some lovely finishes there.
ReplyDeleteI like the sampler fabric you used for backing. Do you know what line of fabric it is from?
ReplyDeleteOne more? Your a wild woman quilter. Great job!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on one more quilt this year! It looks great. One of these days I will join in one of Cheri's quilt alongs. I really like your basket block at the end of your post. The basket fabric looks very baskety.

ReplyDeleteAnd now what are you up to? The basket looks suspiciously like fun, too!
I used to adore hand stitching but now it is very difficult - you do a great job! Thank you for sharing and for participating in the 2016 FAL. Hope to see you at the 2017 FAL. Commenting on behalf of the 2016 Global FAL Host Team.
