A quick link-up:
I'm linking with Humble Quilts for this month's Front Porch block--I call it the Front Porch Trike. This is a huge block and it kind of gave me fits. There is no layout to trace, so it had to be "eyeballed"--I think I got pretty close as to how it should be. |
I had to share the cute packaging and label from an order I placed with the 1894 Cottonwood House all tied with a tiny sprig of dried herbs! |

Love your bicycle it looks great.
ReplyDeleteI've also ordered from 1894 Cottonwood House and was delighted with the care she packaged everything.
Seriously, no layout to trace for that tricycle? I think you did a fantastic job!
ReplyDeleteThat is a really cool label. : )
Your ''trike'' is great!
ReplyDeleteLove the cheery colors of your trike.... I'm behind so didn't know there is not a layout.... hmmmm... out to be interesting times ahead!!
ReplyDeleteThat tricycle is so wonderful!! It looks perfectly innocent, as though it wasn't any trouble at all. It makes such a different to a parcel to get a sweet little card, how fun that it had a sprig of herbs too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun block! It looks lovely! Christine x
ReplyDeleteLove your trike! So very cute!
ReplyDeleteYour trike sure is cute! Very attractive packaging. I love it when people do those little extra things.
ReplyDeleteI love your block. Did you have to add seam allowance to the templates for the wheels? I won't be working on mine until after the holidays. I saw many things I want to get from Cottonwood...thanks for the info. Hugs
ReplyDeleteYour tricycle is awesome!! Nice work!
ReplyDeleteI love your Trike block, it turned out Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThe tricycle is perfect. I love the colors you are using. They are colors I would pick out.
ReplyDeleteLovely work on the block. I do like that trike!
ReplyDeleteThe tricycle block is the one I most associate with this pattern. I can see that it would be hard to make it look how it was meant to be without having a layout. I did a turkey applique block from a Jan Patek pattern a couple weeks ago and I missed having a layout on it too.
ReplyDeleteOK, I am new to the party. What is Front Porch? Some kind of quiltalong? I LOVE THIS BLOCK!!
