I got my hands on the latest Simply Vintage magazine just before I left for quilt camp. I have been stitching up the blocks of a four part mystery by Bonnie Sullivan in the magazine. I'm always excited to see what will be happening in Susie's World--part three is in the new Autumn issue.
Each month there have been two blocks. These are from parts one and two. |
One of the blocks from part three. |
I love Bonnie's designs and a few weeks ago, the Simply Vintage blog had a challenge-- I was thrilled to be one of the three lucky winners of this beautiful Quiltmania book by Bonnie Sullivan direct from France! I love the cover quilt, as well as several other wooly projects I may need to make.... more birds and cats--along with other adorable critters! |
Later today I hope to get a face on this sweet kitty--the second block from part three. I can't wait for the next issue and part four! See what others are stitching today for Slow Stitching Sunday at Kathy's Quilts |
