I'm happy to report that I'm caught up on several ongoing projects...
|
...one is a Blue Spruce--I ran out of green Kim Diehl fabrics. |
|
The 365 Challenge is getting very exciting--only one more corner block and the center medallion is complete! |
|
Did you hear that blood curdling scream last Friday? Yeah--it was me when I saw the Temecula Circa 2016 block of the week was not just a Square in a Square (my nemesis), but a Square in a Square in another Square! Fortunately, they went together without too much fuss.

I hope you are finding time to do some stitching too!
LOL! Square in a square or square in a square in a square. It is hard to get them to come out well.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing such nice piecing on the 365 challenge piece. Good fabric choices. One of the nicest I have seen among those being made.
Beautiful projects and lovely finished blocks! Christine x
ReplyDeleteCute trees. Are you doing the whole quilt in Kim Diehl fabrics--except the background?
ReplyDeleteLove your 365 Challenge medallion. Your fabrics are so pretty!
Square x 3. It looks like you did it very well. Glad you survived the ordeal. : )
3 awesome project all caught up. It's nice to have a variety of trees in the forest. Too funny about the square in a square. Glad it was smooth stitching.
ReplyDeleteCute little trees. So sad Thimble Creek is gone. Nice blocks -- I'm doing the same ones.
ReplyDeleteThe blocks are looking great and the medallion is impressive. Love the trees.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for catching up on projects--share your secret with me. The square in square are beautiful, love the trees
ReplyDeleteI'm about 4 weeks behind on 365 Challenge, but hope to get caught up over the next week or two. Your blocks are fantastic! Love the colors you've chosen!
ReplyDeleteYour other blocks make me wish I'd started the other two quilts - gorgeous!
On no, square in a square in a square!! I think you may have mastered them because your blocks look perfect. Good on you for keeping up with all your projects.
ReplyDeleteLove the 365 challenge medallion! You did a fine job on those scary squares! ;-)
