I'm choosing something simple for my OMG this month.
I've already been to quilt camp at the beginning of the month, and I have another retreat later in October. I need a goal that I may be able to actually accomplish!
I had wanted to add a border to my Temecula Patchwork Olympics Challenge top and managed to get it done at quilt camp. I should be able to get this quilted sometime this month--possibly with Cinnamon Rolls?? |
Another thing I accomplished at camp was to finish the second corner block for the 365 Challenge--and this block was a challenge, for sure! I'm so glad to have it done--whew! Linking with One Monthly Goal HERE |
Lovely finish on all those shrinking squares--nice colors in this one--very Autumnal and rich --Looks like a windy day hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteWould not want to tackle that quilt, my eyes cross just looking at it. Anxious to see the finish, I too like the colors. Love the corner block and those colors too.
ReplyDeleteAlways so productive, and always wonderful projects!
ReplyDeleteReally loving the blues in the 365 Challenge. : )
Love your goals....wonderful quilts.
ReplyDeleteYour 365 Challenge block does look like it would be a challenge to make. You did very well. Such an interesting flower design. You would have to be very accurate with your cutting and stitching to get it to come out right.
ReplyDeleteGreat monthly goals Karen! Love them both! Christine x
ReplyDeleteCinnamon roll borders sound wonderful. Good luck with your goals this month, I hope they are going well!
ReplyDeleteThey are both beautiful!! Good luck on your OMG!

Thanks for the inspiration. I have just finished your Temeluca quilt version with the border. It looks fabulous. My family and friends love it.
